I received a plain enveloped letter on Tuesday with their name on the rear, so before opening it I decided to check out who they are. I have returned it to sender unopened as they have my name wrong and even managed to only print half my name. I'm thinking that as they do not know my full name and have not addressed it correctly that they cannot get to me at the moment ? ? Not even sure to be honest what the letter is about although I received several similar envelopes last year from another company which were returned to sender also. Anyone point me in the right direction of what to do or even expect next ??
