Then court order after that.. I answer bail in nov and haven't been charged or a court date. Someone in same boat is now at court but still has there house... I'm thinkin that should be the same for me? Does court orders usually take around 8 weeks then have a further 28 days if it is decided on eviction. No I haven't had sanction imposed yet. The form was sent to decision maker today by mail. Will it be made by the 28th September?

Also how long does it take for a response or for a decision maker to make a decision on stopping my benefit? Due to be paid a week Monday. Just as I've been paid today I will have to save money back for money been taken off me in a sanction.

I've missed my appointment due to forgetting and loosing the letter I thought it was Wednesday but was today. I've another appointment booked for next week but they are saying it going to decision maker. Will I get the money back if I attend the interview? How much will they take?

I have rang up the DWP they have said a decision has been made via ATOS that they reccomend to not work for 18 month recommendation. I was wondering how long the DWP take and the more likely outcome as they have said this? I'm currently in the ESA wrag group should I be put in the support group if i have been told not to attend a medical? Been a while since decision was made on atos behalf but haven't made a decision within the DWP so they are saying.

Hi, Well I've been on ESA for a while and passed a third without a medical so the atos health care say. I was wondering I've been looking into a claim for PIP or DLA and says that I would have to do another atos medical surely they will go off same reports now?

I rung up atos medical they told me themselves? I've passed two medicals already. So with this new pip will they want to see me aswell for a medical as I've passed 3 now they are saying.

Hi, I've been on ESA now for a few years and was wondering about this? The advisor said that they don't want to see me and that my paperwork is been sent back to the dwp. So what should happen will I stay in the WRAG group still or moved to SUPPORT group? Is this a normal procedure to make a decision on my ea50 form? I think they said that it is another 18months. My illness is for depression and anxiety would I be able to claim DLA also as I am not to good with cleaning up and washing etc. my mother helps me a real lot. Rent arrears are fine now. I have something In place. But you think that now some housing officer can say that I'm not living there then want to think they can turn up and walk around my house my private space? Have to wait and see.

I have phoned up the HA and the officer is away they should note this though. I said that of course I live there but stop at my girlfriends a few nights a week which is understandable as she cannot sleep at my house as she has a 3 year old son.. I think the reason is that this was served is a housing officer come round to my partners house on the 22nd August when I slept and said about how it would affect her which she was actually my old housing officer also. On the 23rd of August the letter was issued which is strange so I am guessing and highly think that this is defonatly the case of how it has come about.. What will the housing officer want to do? I am going to Blackpool for 2 weeks on Saturday so was thinking should I write a letter addressed to the officer as he was on holiday explaining that I am there and back it up aswell as speaking to his college on the phone? I mean I can guarantee that I am not the only man that rents a property and sleeps out at a partners a few nights a week.. What will he do once I have confirmed this in writing? Thanks for your help

I haven't been given a 28 day notice or nothing at as yet just a letter. Is it 28 days minimum before they can goto court? Gives me time to sort out this claim

I have read I have had these warning notice of seek possesion letters but the officer dealing with my arrears has said I shouldn't worry about them as they are not that high for them to seek possesion. Is it 28days I have from a NTQ? Is there any CAG users around?
