  1. They are currently making checks so hopefully this should resolve itself like you say hopefully just a mistake, but should i have to pay when a case has not even been proven against me??
  2. My company is Admiral, I just think it's crazy that they are penalising their customer when it's a fraudulent claim, not sure how I can go about saying that i'm not paying the money as they have said they will cancel my policy if i don't pay within 7 days
  3. I had a call from my Ins. Co to say someone was making a claim that I hit them from behind, i denied all knowledge of this, it was not me. They told me date and place (which is over 200miles from where i live) and i sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing them transactions i had made the day of the alleged and the day after the incident all transactions were carried out over 200miles away from where the accident had apparently occured. The accident was supposed to have been in July last year and as my renewal was in September the Ins co is trying to get me to pay £90 which would have been the extra premium that i would have had to pay in September as there would have been an accident against my name!! I am so stressed out with this and the Co are really not doing very much . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
