  1. I have heard about that, but do you really think ignoring them is the best idea now that they are actually contacting me? Should I not just let them know that I can not agree to it since I am not sure if I can afford it in 6 months time and that I dont want to set up a direct debit?
  2. Hello! After many emails and letters I have sent to QQ I have finally received an answer: The maximum repayment schedule I can offer is 12 months. If we agree to 6 months at £20.00 a month the additional 6 payments will be £76.66. This arrangement will have to be secured via direct debt. This is the final offer that can be extended. Good thing is the last offer was over £130 a month and now they are reducing it.But £20 is all I can afford now but I do not know if I will be able to afford £76.66 after six month and I do not want to set up a direct debit for them. Can anyone help me out please. I really need a good advice cause QQ is so hard to handle.
  3. Hi I just received an email from Lending stream after offering them £20 a month to pay of my loan saying : You can make payments of this however this will not stop action on the account and these may be progressed to a 3rd party collection agency to collect on the accounts. Can anybody help me with that please, not sure what to do!:???:
  4. Okay thanks for that but how does it work with Money Shop?
  5. Hi Can anyone help me out please? I have been paying money to PDE into a barclays account now they say they have not received my money and that they bank with RBS:|. Does anyone have there axctual bank details?
  6. Thanks for the help. Will let you know their answer.
  7. Should I let them know that I have sent out a complain to the FOS and OFT? Where can I complain?
  8. Great! Thank you very much I will reply them now.
  9. Hi Can someone please help me with below email I have just received from PDE? In response to your recent email, thank you for telling us that you have fallen into financial difficulties. To allow us to process this on the system could you please send us a copy of two months worth of bank statements plus return the income and expenditure form we have attached for you. This is so we can assess and work positively with you to processing a small repayment plan for you. Dont think they should ask me for bank statements.

  11. Would it help if I attach something from the OFT quoting their rules or is that too much?
  12. I am not with a debt management plan but I have asked for advice at the national debtline and payplan before and have been following all there advice. I have worked out on one of there pdf how much I can afford and since I got 3 more payday loans I can only afford £20 a month without putting myself into more trouble.
  13. By the way I am not working with a Debt Management Company.
  14. Looks like the finally woke up. Just received a second email from QQ: Thank you for contacting us regarding your account. Our records indicate that you have a past due balance in the amount of £570.17. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept your offer to pay £20.00 per month. If you are working with a Debt Management company, please forward all of the following Debt Management details to us: Name of Debt Management Company, Name of Representative, Phone Number and Reference Number. Should I reply anything to that?
