  1. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?348532-PDE-ignoring-my-emails-and-lifting-money!!&p=3818893#post3818893 OP Just another of your threads from last month, oh why oh why... are you obviously giving card details? when their such a knowingly bad company to deal with ask for their bank details and you won't go through this repeated saga yeah? and those details are even on this site look hard enough!!! what happened last month?
  2. Sounds very much like Contact Castlebridge Credit Management Address: Castlebridge Credit Management PO Box 9780 Nottingham NG8 9H Telephone: 0800 093 4800 Email: info@ccmanagement.co.uk Web: www.ccmanagement.co.uk I think that's old addresses you have? playing dirty is how they like to do things it leads to a dead end for a reason
  3. You wil be hard pushed to get them to accept roll over fees as paid balance could be wrong with the OFT looming over them so it may be "gestures of good wil"! they will say you could have paid bal off in full or set up a re-payment plan before now the onuis will be on you to prove you didn't know this the many people that have been in this position are testimony to this and there isn't much by way of success in this
  4. Blossom99 . Police time - theft innit because yr money 'has gone somewhere'...youve bank statement so nothing to worry about.I threatned this once before with a PDL that I would go to the police and they quick enough discovered they had indeed rec'd payment
  5. Good fella well done : ) as long as it's all in writting your safe if they do try playing silly beggers nearer the 'end'! just trying to give u a heads up as they are vulgar!Stick to your guns with onemonthloan - u r looking better as your paying others off anyway - use it!!! they will be stuffed!
  6. Hope they said they were 'freezing' interest and this was in writing? when they accept a 'low' repayment amt they often don't or didn't make this known! which means u won't have one over on them and find u actually end up paying far more
  7. Send letter as complaint. Recorded 2nd class at worst - u then have some proof it has been rcvd as they have to sign for it A contact there quoted in recent threads on here is a Laura Kent - sure u can prob work her email addy out with wotever you've already tried if u really must send an email All your currently getting is the automated standard generated c--p
  8. Re-approach do not give in at 1st go, get all formal, persistant and put it all in writting letter sent recorded delivery to Customer Care Dept at Kent House 41 East Street Bromley Kent BR1 1QQ as emails are allien to them depending on who your name is There telephone droons are not to be trusted in anyway thats why u'll need to keep of the fone and don't take what they say to heart tho they thoroughly deserve the reputation of 'black hearted' company - give them NO bank statements or debit card details - plenty of ways round this Let us know wot happens next, oh and you might also want to report to OFT (Office of Fair Trading) for starters, there is a form to fill in which can be fonud on this forum - don't lose sleep their not worth it Alice
  9. Wish u had asked them to put that call in writting! Re-approach do not give in at 1st go, get formal and put it all in writting letter sent recorded delivery to Customer Care Dept at Kent House 41 East Street Bromley Kent BR1 1QQ as emails are allien to them depending on who your name is There telephone droons are not to be trusted thats why u'll need to keep of the fone and don't take what they say to heart tho they thoroughly deserve the reputation of 'black hearted' company - give them NO bank statements or debit card details - plenty of ways round this Let us know wot happens next Alice
  10. by your own words Sid u have a discount with the £300 if yr meant to be paying £715 or £500 do you really believe all dat you read on the net? i wouldnt , anybody could put they've have a loan written of, one way to find out why don't u base yr complaint on this logic -on what you've seen see what they have to say? go on could be interesting a message in a public place stating this fact as right it is in one of the threads today- time to throw it at them? after all do it for one they would have to do it for everyone before it causes public outrage alone Ha wish I'd thought off this before!
  11. mbvash - run for the hills !!! ...You don't need a pay day loan if this isn't a wind up,,innit ? Know what I mean !
  12. Hi Daisy Well they have done this before to other people on repayment plans, but are at least now having some sort of decency to explain and or justify why an increase in balance (oh dear if we can call it that it is better then my choosing of words believe me)... What would really help is if you do have original confirmation or any correspondence about the repayment plan if they stated on that, that your account was froze at the point of entering plan, maybe you could then challenge through a formal complaint (you must remain very strong and firm) if this wasn't made clear at the outset when a plan was thought to be agreed Ultimately up to you whether you pay the increased amount - that decision is yours Be strong girl ! Alice
