Hi there, I have received a LDK parking fine today as I was parked in a poorly marked disabled bay. The only indication of the disabled bay was a disabled on the car park space floor (which I did not see as I quickly pulled in to the parking bay) no other indication of being in a disabled bay. I do not have a disabled badged. Should I follow the advice and not pay the fine and ignore everything?
