No theres only one debt which theyve been playing around with. first advantis then reds and now capquest ...

Hi, no the debt was first from advantis and from capquest, then went to reds, then onto capquest 'debt recovery' It's all the same debt, just been played around ... because first it was 187 now its gone up? I think they're making up there own amounts . Also whats this about 'charging' for this man to come to ask for a bankrupcy confirmation?

I NEED URGENT HELP, RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER It seems like this debt has been sold around at a view places because I have uploaded all the letters i have received My husband is abroad and for a long time. So what should I do? Can anyone explain this letter to me and tell me if these people that theyre going to send have any LEGAL POWERS? Hopefully they cant ACCESS the PROPERTY help.pdf

The only history I can think of is the first letter which I received, which i have posted as pdf and now this second one. I think they sent this second one after they rung up the house asking for ' .....' at that point I said he abroad ect.. Then they rung again about 3 days later saying the same thing.. I said i have already told capquest he is abroad and that you have already rung me. the person on the phone then asked me to confirm the address and i said im not obliged to answer that... . so I think after that they decided to give me this second letter.

Thanks, I haven't spoken to them except when they rung asking for mr [EDIT] which at that point i said he is abroad. they asked if i have contact and i said no. they asked me to confirm the address and i said im not obliged to answer I dont really know what sort of letter it is but there is a pdf posted above it says unpaid 'balance with lowell' and company name 'Capital One'
