I experienced the same problem with this company.I contact the bank they advised me to get a disclaimer form, which after 31 days they cannot keep your bank details. I then had to contact the company to request a cancellation, they gave me a cancellation number but they also need to contact you by email to confirm the cancelation. I sent back my unused product with proof of postage, and don't keep products over 30 days as you will be charged. Keep copies of everything sent and received.the [problem] is the first payment they take out you cannot be refunded on as you have had it over 30 days but they will refund the rest.
