Hi Guys, I have also agreed a payment plan with Speed Credit at only £10 per week £40 per month to pay off my loan they have also agreed to the initial borrowing plus 1 month interest as apposed to the thousands of pounds initially requested. I have it all in writing I have mad my 1st installment by bank transfer and they have backed off. Have to thank some people on here for keeping me sane and also giving me a contact email of someone who actually spoke sense and helped me a lot. Will be a while before I am Speed/Toothfairy free but at least for now I am not being bombarded on a daily basis.

After a two day break of No Texts, Calls or Emails I now get this MH Bailiffs You REFUSE TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT WITH US CALL 08433811111 TODAY or your file will be passed to RECOVERY AGENTS for persuit. And the Saga Continues with Daily Text Messages, the latest one says:- In 2 Days bailiffs will call to recover what you owe, this will damage your credit file and cause you further problems.Call us Now to avoid this action. I have been getting this text for the past week with the days counting down and it is from NDR Recovery. I have tried talking to them but they don't listen, I have tried writing but no replu and any email I receive, if I try to respond it gets bounced back as email doesn't exist etc,etc. They then have a cheek to say I have made no attempt to call them or resolve the matter which is simply not true. Hi, Can we presume then that Gary and Greg Campbell are one of the same person. I am currently receiving daily text messages from NDR on behalf of speed credit/Tooth Faity finance. I have also received letters and emails all threatening me with Bailiffs etc etc. If I try to reply to the email it is just bounced back as invalid address or user refused. Fedup.com now. I have written a lengthy complaint to OFT but had nothing in return and also coped the letters and emails on here under the ttrle Another Toothfairy Story. I really don't know how theses people get away with it. I have had payday loans in the past with reputable companies who listen if you want to reduce payments, they may not like it bur as long as you pay something they stay off your back etc. Unlike these idiots who just keep threatening Bailiffs

Thanks ir just really gets to me. Thongs are not actually that great right now and this is just one thing I could do without. i am keeping all the emails and copies of letters I have sent as evidence. I have had payday loans before and fallen behind with payments but never in my life encountered threats like I am getting now as as a Women home alone with my very big dog it gets quite scarey to think that some heavies may turn up at my door and remove what little possessions I have.

That's just it I am not on Benefits, I can't get benefit because my NINO contributions ran out and my husband earns 1p over what benefit pays so we are not entitled. I am not paying them anything at the moment but soon as I am able to I am happy to pay what I owe including the original interest but nothing more!

NDR Sending threatening Texts and Emails. Hi all, A few months ago I couldn't afford to pay my rent so stupidly borrowed £400 from Speed credit who from reading the various posts on here go under various different names including Tooth Fairy Finance. Anyway to cut short a very long story I lost ,my job and couldn't afford to make the repayment on time. I tried to call them but my requests for more time fell on deaf ears and I now keep receiving emails letters and texts from them. I have tried to reply to the emails but they keep being rejected as "No Such Address" Anyway today I received an Email and Text from NDR saying that unless I Pay 1000 tonight (my original loan was 400) then the Bailiffs will be coming in and taking goods to the value of 9 times my debt. This scares me silly as I rent my home furnished so technically none of my possessions belong to me. I have spoken to citizens advice who told me not to worry (Easier said then done) I have also reported to trading standards. I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do.
