i fell into the trap of the free samples. After watching Rip of Britain I was shocked to see it was all a [problem] and found they have taken over £400 from my account! On reading the posts above I have contacted the company on the 08081683684 number. You have to be prepared to put up a battle to get you money back. Dont take no for an answer! After quoting the Financial Ombudsman and threatening to take further action and demanding to speak with a supervisor I have hopefully made some progress. They have confirmed to repay all of the money they have taken within 7 - 10 days. Hopefully this will happen and I'll keep you posted. Dont give up and hopefully this will work for you to!
