  1. Although not as far down the line as you, I have a repossession order waiting to go to court as well and am only two months in arrears. Like you I have applied for help for the interest but have to wait 13 weeks as I have only just starting claiming JSA. I am off the firm belief that NRAM want to get as many people out as soon as possible. They cannot close down NRAM until everyone has gone! I am speaking with Watchdog and others about it. Good luck and will be interested in hearing how you get on.
  2. Having found myself unemployed for the first time in my life I have some arrears with NRAM. At three months in arrears they instructed solicitors to repossess the house, I managed to make one payment and even at two months in arrears they are still looking to repossess the house! I dont know of any other lender that takes this action with this small amount outstanding. I am convinced that NRAM cant close down until everyone has left and are therefore looking at repossession as a way of "another one off the books". Has anyone else had a similar experience?
