My hgv1 is now reinstated.

Just got my Army records conferming I passed my HGV1 in 1980. DVLA lost my licence again, just proved I had sent them my licence to have my HGV1 reinstated. I hope it goes well, if not thinking of taking the problem to the House of Lords.

Sent my licence away to reinstate my HGV1 as I have been away from the industry since 2004, my medical expired so my HGV was removed when I recieved a new licence. I now have a new passed medial certificate, went to reinstate my HGV and DVLA has no record of me ever passing my HGV.I am now out of work untill this matter is resulved. Have applied to Army for my records and it showes I passed my HGV test in 1980.Bad news DVLA which is part of our goverment can not keep records.Hope this is OK. If I could I would sue for loss of earnings. Let you all know how I get on.
