  1. Hi i've just suffered the same problem as you, i used the 2nd number that you recommended, i was still on hold for a while but got through in the end, and after telling the lady i was speaking to half way through the conversation that i was recording it she suddenly changed what she was telling me and appologised. i've been told i'll receive a refund for one of the two payments in 7-10 working days. i just wondered if you did receive your repayments? also i would warn anyone from giving their card details for any free or cheap offers
