Today I was caught driving without a license, the car was seized and I was told by the officer that I would be reported for driving in accordance to my license. My question is when I get my summonds to court can The court invinvalidate my insurance? Can I only be punished for driving in accordance to my license? I was driving on a previous ban as I tottted up my points before my two years of driving Any advice highly appreciated

Why do the police need to be present?

Iv had a knock on the doir from the police today asking if they can come round on Friday with the council due to Dog fouling. I have been letting my dog foul in the street and I know I shouldnt I shall stop immediately. But im worryed sick that both the council and police are coming to my house. I dont want to face them them what rights have I got. Is it possible they have evidence and I may get arrested Im so scared Please advise.

marstons said that it has gone past the point of contacting the court now as it was heard in my absence, it got heard in staffordshire court hmcts , i now live in newcastle upon tyne

it says on the letter enforcement officer, its a debt for a unpaid train travel ticket

there are acting on behalf of hmcts if this help

please can someone advise me on what do to, iv had a bailff letter today hand delivered from marstons wanting £859 it states , please note the amount now due is 859 pound inclusive of charges for todays attendance. if this amount is not paid in full immediately a further call will be made, without notice, to effect removal, for sale at public auction. such action will render you liable to further substantial costs. i called the enforcement officer who was rather rude and scary , he said i need to pay in full or he will be back with a locksmith to come and remove all the items out my house. im worried sick. this fine was for a unpaid train fair from last year. iv asked the enforcement officer to give me time to seek legal advice to which he said its pointless as he has a criminal distress warrent and theres no way around it. i work full time and im limited on time so please if your reading this and know what i can do please help. i called a solicitor in my area who cant see me untill tomorrow afternoon, i dont know what to do incase i leave work in the morning and come home to an empty house.

Hiya guys Sorry for late reply , I went to court again on Tuesday , I didnt get a fine , i have got 6 months probation, the judge said that it looks like iv been very nieve and that i will have to attened probation meetings to help me with future decision making , and to stick to my re payment planWhat a relief , I got off lighly , Never am i doing anything bad again lol Was a horrible experiance :/Thanks to all of you who replyed and gave me advice

I hope this is in the right section, aplogies if not , I took a payday loan out to recover from christmas, and iv had a more serious issue occur where iv had to start paying back a debt for benefit fraud :/ So my payday loan is back of the que, I took it out from round the corner from where i work, Its due today , the lady rang me 4 times today and threatned to come into my work, and to keep calling my work if i dont pay the roll over fee or full loan back by tomorrow. Is she allowed to keep ringing my work or is she allowed to come into my work. She kept saying she will call my work persistantly untill its payed back. Where do i stand and what can i do . Theres noway i can pay the roll over fee or full loan back untill i clear my other debt to the council. Please advise Im worryed that ill get in trouble at work
