  1. The card has been nearly maxed out for years and after the abortive attempt to get rid of the debt I pay the month mim plus and use it from time to time for small needed requirements. So now I want to see if i can right it off !!! Is it possible or not ? If so how and what do i need to do ?
  2. Hi thanks for the reply I still use the card from time to time and did not take the action any further. I now work abroad as an Expat and so my mail can take quite some time to catch up with me and really had no time to take this any further. Plus i did not want anything to damage my credit rating. However now I have some time to take this further so I assume the next step is to put the account into default?? Is there a letter I can send to do this ?
  3. Hi Guys - A few years ago and serveral hundred pounds later I unsuccessfully used a company to try and relieve myself of a credit card debt. I did however recieve from my credit card company a letter with a one pound cheque telling me they could not find my Credit card agreement. This letter is dated 15th Novemebr 2010 from CITI now Opus. The letter further goes on to say that due to the fact they can not find my agreement the credit card account is not enforceable. Since I have left it for over a year to respond can I still put the account into default or dispute. Help !!! What should I do next ?
