Parcel2Go collected two parcels from me and somehow took them to each others addresses despite there being two lots of the correct address written on the box. They have been really bad at trying to resolve the problem - at first promising to send back couriers and re-collect the items but that never happened. Now they're telling me that they can only collect monday - friday and cannot give me a time. Both my recipients are at work now so largely unavailable to be around to fix this mess that P2Go have made. I had the items originally insured and when I asked about compensation I was ignored and told I would need to find a date when these two people I don't know will be free in the future. They are very unprofessional and seem to dodge all enquiries that present a problem. I'm sure if the service works it is very good and cheap and efficient. They are just not very reliable!
