  2. Hi. I am currently having trouble with comet. My 50 inch tv had screen problems ( red dots everywhere) I called comet and they sent an engineer who booked it to be picked up so it could be fixed in their workshop. After about 2 weeks it was delivered back to us and when I was about to clean it ( it was full of hand prints ) I noticed a scratch on the screen and it was wobbling on the swivel stand I called the costumer services again. They sent an engineer again and he booked it in for another repair in their workshop. after 2 weeks they called me back to say that they can't get hold of the parts so they will be replacing it. They then say I will only get £439 the original amount I have paid for it. Now there is no way I can get a 50 inch plasma with 4 hdmi,( and all the other specifications my old tv had). Am I right to think that because their delivery service had scratched the tv that they should be giving me a tv which is almost similartp my old tv without me having to pay excess? or not? I am not sure what my rights are here, so I came to ask. Thanks in advance. Kris
