I know I've been rather stupid but I've just been caught out by these, they caught me at a bad time. I know I have agreed to their verbal contract, but they lied and mislead me in order to get me to agree. I suppose my difficulty is going to be in proving that. Anyone any idea where I stand? I emailed the Blackpool Trading Standards who said I would need to go through my own local trading standards which I have done and I await there reply. Any other advice.
