Hello again, So they haven't refunded me any penalty charges, they haven't frozen interest, they add £12 penalty charge and interest every 28 days to my account. As I pay just £1 every 28 days my balance still increase. Any advice what should I do now? Thank you. -

Update So I've sent the above letter to Very/NDR and I've received the following respond: "Thank you for your recent letter regarding a repayment arrangement offer. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept your proposal for repayment of the outstanding debt. There are however numerous ways to clear your balance. Our advisors are trained to support and assist in finding a solution which would be beneficial for both parties. Please contact us on 0800 bla bla bla..." Then they (NDR) have send me the statement which says that my temporary arrangement is in place and they want me to pay £55.98 each 28 days:!:. And they also haven't frozen my interest. It seems they don't listen to me at all, I haven't agreed to any arrangements, I never have extra money left over so I can't afford to pay them £50. Sadly Very debt is not my only debt. So what should be my next step? Shall I stop communicate with them and start to pay £1PCM? -

dx Very have refused my offer of repayment twice (I've offered £40) and passed my account to NDR, I've sent another letter to Very and told them, according to your advice in post 16, that I am going to pay £10. NDR responded me today as stated above. -

Ok shall I ignore them or should I reply to their letter? I am worried about the interest, I pay £10 but they add £30 interest, this will increase my debt instantly:x btw I pay by internet banking. -

Update I received the letter from NDR today which says: "We acknowledge receipt of your payment but the amount you have paid is not acceptable to us. Please see below for the payments we are expecting from you. If you are unable to make this this payment you must contact us immediately." They are expecting from me regular payments of £56.07, I obviously can't afford to pay that. They also haven't frozen account interest and added further fees to my account (debt collection letter fee £12 and insufficient minimum payment fee £12). What should be my next step? -
Dx I'm not disputing just asking, sorry about this question, do you think I'm not gonna pay my debt? I'm not that kind of person, I always pay my debts (Very it's not my only debt). btw I've offered first as I didn't know I can just tell them but now I'm telling them and keep paying Thanks for your help

Max Use this address for both catalogues just put different account names and numbers into your letters. I've sent them 3 letters with my offer of repayment, they've refused the first 2 offers of £40 per month and passed my account to Nationwide Debt Recovery. By following the information on this site I ignore these people. Then I've sent another letter to Very to inform them I am going to pay £10 per month and I am still waiting for their respond. Dx Can I send CCA request for account opened after 2007?
