Good to hear from you guys. Already have learned more from others than I knew a week or so ago as my emails are being ignored by Clint Redman. ie about the underwriters etc. Just to reiterate that my husband & myself are eager to be part of a group looking for answers and to say that we live in Dartford, Kent. Suggest everyone interested should post their locations for starters .

Good to hear from you , Maudsley. I'm wondering how many similar investors we could gather between us with the aim of meeting up as you suggested. I was told a while back that the "owner" at Lakeview, Mike Vernon, would take a call from Telos investors and did in fact get in touch with him in July 2011. At that time, he told me that Telos is contracted to purchase the site , between 100 -140 investors like oursleves are involved , that he felt sure said purchase would be completed by the end of August.....He was also aware that Telos was raising finance in the way Clint Redman had advised us by email ...ie by obtaining finance from a substantial & reputable overseas financial institution. However, 6 months later and no further contact has been received and our emails ignored. Unfortunately, my time is at a premium at this moment in time and much as I want to find out more from Mike Vernon and look into this whole mess further, I'm afraid that family commitments will prevent me from taking the lead on behalf of a group, which is the way I believe we should go. I'm happy to share our email address with others in the same boat so that we might share our thoughts, suggestions etc in private , away from an open forum such as this. I would also contact those I have had contact with and put them in the picture. All we need is someone to take the reins here and , I believe start to act as soon as possible to ascertain just where we stand and whether we might have a way out of the contracts we signed , mainly due to the company defaulting on the monthly repayments .

Just a final question at this time ...Are you in touch with anyone else regarding this ? I have just posted on another site " Timesharetalk" and it appears there may be one or two others on there in the same, sinking boat.... Also, it is indicated that the owner of Lakeview can be contacted directly to find out whether the sale of land to Telos HAS gone ahead. Worth a look on the forums there.I've posted as Addickted48 there too.

I have just replied in some detail to this post but think it has gone astray.....I should be grateful if any investors with Telos regarding the Lakeview development , like myself, would be available to "talk" after the festive period is over.

Hello . I have only just discovered this site after googling Telos IOM . My husband & myself are , unfortunately, investors at Lakeview, Cornwall via Telos with whom we were put in contact by the now defunct Hansard Worldwide. We have received scant communication from Clint Redman in answer to emails sent and nothing at all for several months. I have just sent him a " Happy Xmas (??) email detailing our disgust at nil contact and am awaiting a reply,, whilst not holding my breath.... Is there anyone out there in a similar position who would be happy to "talk" once the Festive season is at an end? I wait in hope.....
