Hello Everybody, There are lots of threads on here started by pople who have struggled to pay back their Toohfairy loans. A lot of stuff about NDR and Marshall Hoares Bailiffs and the OFT etc. etc. Unforunately a lot of these threads just fade out and so I don't know if these people who owed a multiple of their original loan ever got a payment plan agreed, managed to pay it and finally got shut of the problem debt. Can anybody who has been through this and come out the other side let us all know their experiences and how they managed to agree a payment arrangement. It is frustrating reading all of these 'fading out' threads without knowing if there have been any happy endings. Hopefully there have been some happy endings! Please share.
