I have written and got no reply. What other business would do this and get away with it? Imagine trying to get into Tescos to get some groceries and them saying no thanks you can come back in a year then we will have you. Why has the Consumer Council not done anything about this? All I have to say right now is what goes around comes around.

Yes I had a similar scenario. Buyers won't pay and Paypal won't make them. Would you not think that they would want to make money from us sellers?

Good luck with the letter writing I got no reply when I wrote to Ireland. Was reduced to tears of frustration when I called and got absolutely NOWHERE with them!

I have been trying to sort out problems with E-bay and if ever a company has the worst consumer communications it has to be them. The address to write to is: The Chairman, The Atrium Building, Old Navan Road, Blanchards Town Centre, Dublin 15, Ireland. You will need an airmail sticker and from the UK a European stamp. Good luck as they think they are invincible!
