Not true! The 30 day windows is live and active and the legislstion is contained S.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974! Keep All orginal documents the time window starts the day the company recive it! Have you itsent recorded delivery and printed proof of recipt if so that is sufficent. They have 12 working days. Under the consumer credit act creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to compliy with a request for a copy.
