  1. **************************************************************************** YOU MUST NOT GIVE YOUR NAME OR ADDRESS TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! I sent them a letter [via email] of complaint to the site manager and the named company back in Sept11, and guess what; they would not deal with my case of appeal until I provided them with name/address and vehicle details. Also, the Crown Point site manager, never replied to any of my emails. They got none of the above details, 12 months on and NOTHING back from them. DO NOT PAY THE FINE!!! DO NOT PAY THE FINE!!! DO NOT PAY THE FINE!!! I can assure you that it pays to listen to the people on this site. IGNORE THIS COMPANY AND ANY SO CALLED APPEALS PROCESS, AS IT DOES NOT EXIST. Thanks again ****************************************************************************
  2. To anybody looking at these threads that's looking for help on this issue.....Please believe what these people who run this site are saying! I logged my case on here as I needed help with the very same issue and paid attention to what site administrators were telling me and it paid off! I've heard nothing from [parking company] since September 2011 when I first emailed them my complaint. I only ever received an automated email. One thing you must NEVER EVER DO IS GIVE THEM YOUR **NAME** OR **ADDRESS** Regards and good look
  3. Hi guys Thanks for your replies! I new i'd asked question to the right people [place] Question. If I contacted DVLA and requested that they do not allow any of my personal details be pasted onto anybody [Excel Parking] other than councils or police [will they comply?] Is Excel Parking able to take me to court? I spoke to a mate whose up on these matters and he said that they haven't got a leg to stand on if it went to court as I purchased goods from a number of shops [receipts kept to prove this] before ticket was issued and thus proves I was a legitimate customer. Is this true? Thanks in advance!!!
  4. Hi I hope i'm posting this in correct place I'm a newbie to this site and came across this story by davren 22 which is the very same issue I’m having right now with this company @ Crown Point I received a Parking Notice on my vehicle today and complained to the person who placed it on my vehicle. I’d been shopping on this complex for about 45 minutes and had to leave complex to go over road for 25 minutes and then came back to finish shopping. When I returned I found ticket on vehicle Parking Attendant took great pleasure in telling me that I'd been seen on CCTV walking illegally off Crown Point Complex but I know he saw me just before he was starting his shift I decided to email company with an Appeal They bounced an email back stating that my Appeal will not be valid without me providing them with my Home Address [i’m sure this is illegal?] Could somebody please reply asap as I have 7 days to appeal or they threaten to increase costs to £100 Why is it that they are able to receive appeals via email but not reply via email but by post? Many Thanks In Advance
