I loaned £500 on the 08/02/2012 "at 12 instalments of £52" but that was just interest as my payments haven't made any dent in the loan... Even after a year. So what would be my next step and will they take me court..? -

Also my dad who's guarantor is now on DLA support allowance after suffering a stroke so there's no way he could help with the repayments ! Kelziepopz -
Hi everyone I need advice as I'm at my wits end about how to deal with my FLM QUICK loan . Last February I stupidly got a flm quick loan with the help of my dad to clear rent arrears and outstanding bills of £500 I stupidly thought I'd only have to pay £50 over 12 months which was affordable at the time little did I know that was just the interest . A year on a lots changed.. I'm now a single parent who's unemployed had numerous health issues in and out of hospital I couldn't of for seen this.. Nor will sit here and blame my troubles on the world this is my mess but I desperately need help . I've had the loan exactly a year.. I've paid £1108 and still owe £500. I simply can't afford the payments at the rate their asking especially as its only clearing interest. It's sent my anxiety through the roof I can't sleep.. Feel sick constantly worrying.. My hairs even started to fall out due to the stress which my doctor has prescribed tablets for including sleeping tablets as I can't settle. I don't know what to do next as to be a 100% honest I'm scared. Can anyone give me some advice.? ( I know I was stupid ) Kelziepopz xx
