Thanks for the advice, I think I'll get an inspection done and see what the engineer says. I'm reluctant to give up, especially as they're STILL selling these fridge freezers after so many people have had the same problems which I really find unbelievable! I would be happy to settle for a part refund taking into account the usage I've had. I could kick myself for not reporting the initial problem I had with the bottom of the fridge freezing up....
Thanks for the link team, unfortunately I've contacted them through this site and the reply I got was the one I mentioned in my last reply....an inspection report seems the only way forward I will not give in....
