Are they a bogus company? I have just laid out a small fortune for a shoddy pair of subscription glasses from select specs that are very poor quality vision (distorted) and their terms say they dont accept returns of prescription glasses. They also dont have a phone number and the online support seems automated. Anyone have any clues regarding getting my money back for this "custom made" item they are claiming non refundable? I know i have learned my lesson buying online but i want a refund. I paid by debit card sadly too ;-(((
