  1. After the i have spent 6 years training as a Biomedical scientist to work in the Imunogentics labs in North Bristol NHS trust, i have witnessed all sorts of coverup of wrong information in hospitals. I have also been refused info on what treatments/diagnosis my mother was being subjected to regarding her cancer to which she lost, mainly because i wasn't allowed to "interfere". I have also lost my father due to negligence and the "liverpool care pathway bull**** policy" They told me that if he arrests they won't be resuscitating him. They wouldn't even give him the proper amino feed tubes so he effectively starved post op. I even witnessed his IV being left on the floor and had to complain. And then there's my own issues with my health and falsified records etc that has lead to me obtaining a criminal record and an ankle tag for 4 months and a curfew., all for daring to make an official complaint about the complaints manager refusing to take my complaint. However, i have now obtained a hi def 1080p video recording of a PALS manger stating that my complaint that was trumped up to a verbal threat over the phone to kill a complaints manager was infact bogus and "everyone in the department knows it". I can now prove that the NHS committed perjury in court to silence my attempts to get justice. So i say, "if they don't like covert recording", then tough ****! Don't lie, cheat and rob people of their future. I can't wait until i publish my covert video recordings of many people in the NHS that i have dealt with over the past 3 years or so. This includes some doctors too. The camera never lies. soap box now back in the cupboard. lol
  2. Same here, my records show that i had jobs that i didn't as well as conditions i don't or never have had. What is great now that i have full disclosure to my medical records, is that i found a letter my old doctor had received from the PCT asking him to remove me. He wrote back 'i don't have any grounds to remove this patient' but i will come up with an excuse.
  3. No they didn't, but they have sanctioned that doctors, nurses and other whistleblowers can't speak out about the crimes that the NHS have been getting away with for far too long now. I'm glad to see that a high court judge ruled that the NHS gagging is unlawful.
  4. Well, well, well then! A case of the 'POT' calling the 'kettle' black in deed.............Can the NHS ever say that covert recording is a breech of doctor/patient trust? I don't see how they could ever have a legal leg to stand on anymore. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/303849/Perv-Dr-secretly-filmed-patients/ http://www.gazetteandherald.co.uk/news/10293643.Surgery_speaks_of__sadness__following_assault_case/
  5. Burlyb, go covert recording, video is way better. more likely to catch the reasons for why your not getting the service you should be. good luck.
  6. Sorry to hear your still having problems with your numb doctors burlyb. A friend of mine only today was telling me that he had surgery to remove a lump from his neck. It was an inflamed lymph node, that's all i know. Still he seems to have not had any problems yet regarding it. However, im still fighting on trying to sort the legal claims out. Remember, a hidden camera is your best friend in the end. Once i have secured my legal angles with my own healthcare, i will be glad to publish my footage which is quite shocking i assure you.
  7. holy ****! spy cameras in your sky box, people putting tape over their webcams and now this. Sorry sir you must be faking it, you have the wrong sort of hum. lol nice bit of tech news, good find.
  8. Perhaps you are right nolegion, I feel they just can't afford the Sheeple to start waking up with regards to their rights. in the USA right now there is a national "TSA opt out week" where by all that pass through any airports are being encouraged to opt out of the deadly cancer causing body scanners and film their TSA body searches(groping) procedures. Just youtube TSA opt out etc to see what i mean. People need to stand up against tyranny and fight for their rights. After all in law there is something called 'A legal maxim' which basically translates to 'if you don't exercise your rights, then you don't have any rights'. As i have just said over here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?371243-Wow-State-secret i am preparing the next round of cases against the various authorities that have committed crimes against me.

    Wow State secret

wildm, i totally agree with you about justice. I could give you many examples of injustice recently within the corrupt courts system. One such occasion last year i was defending myself in court against a police officer and the judge said and i quote "In the interest of justice i.m afraid we can not except the photographic evidence you hold before us, as this would mean re-opening the case and calling the witness(the police officer) back into court. This would incur additional costs that the court is not prepared to burden. So the judgement still stands". There is no legal aid unless its a criminal offense and this is how organizations know they can target the poor because they can't afford to fight back. Well let me tell you, i am fighting back, and i have just taken North Somerset council to court and won £5k in damages which cost them around £15k in legal fess, this was after they bragged that they don't pay out on pothole incurred injurys. I am also preparing my next case against them for liable and perjury as they submitted false evidence to a court to obtain an injunction against me because i was making a complaint against them. These b*****rds even got the local CAB to lie to the police which i have just proven and if the police fail to arrest the person who filed false allegations, which is a criminal offense of wasting police time, i will pursue a case against them too. The moral of the story here is that everyone is corruptible and can only be beaten with video evidence, which is why i always record everywhere i go and everyone i meet with regards to government agencies. People must STAND their ground!
  10. I would like to bring everyone's attention to this, http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?371243-Wow-State-secret where i just posted a risky truth regarding recording ATOS, DWP etc

    Wow State secret

I always video and audio record every meeting, phone call etc i have. In fact it was only 3 weeks ago i rang the DWP and ATOS and stated that i would only be prepared to undergo their medical if i could video record the consultation. I gave my reason why this was necessary due to the fact that i have been accused of threatening doctors in the past and have the right to protect myself from false allegations. I stated that my video recording was not negotiable and that if they refuse to pay me that i would make my case very public, especially as i had just recorded the phone call. They said that it would not be possible to record the assessment by any means and that i would have to have a medical or i wouldn't be able to get benefit. The call then ended. If this is so then why did the next day, all the months of back payments of benefit for the period whilst i was waiting for my medical appointment suddenly be deposited into my bank account?, with a covering letter also arriving by post stating that i no longer needed to have a medical and that i was now placed in the support group? Looks like they didn't want to risk kicking up a legal challenge with me. Does anybody know anyone else who has circumvented the medical assessment process and still received full benefits? I guess i should keep quiet and be grateful, but i'm more about the truth and honesty.
  12. If you want to discover just how corrupt the Ombudsman is take a look at his advice pdfs for how to deal with complaints for the various authorities. http://www.lgo.org.uk/publications/advice-and-guidance/unreasonable-complainants/#actions I have personal experience with the Ombudsman and he has a whole ton of excuses for not investigating your complaint. I wish i had of filmed him now. doh!
  13. Hi all, It's been a while since my last post as i have been busy preparing for 3 court cases using my covertly recorded full HD 1080p video of my treatment by the NHS, local council and CAB. However, i do have a RESULT with my last scheduled ATOS appointment. I stated on the phone that if my appointment were to go ahead, that i would be video recording the entire interview whether they consented or not. The woman at ATOS said she would report my position to her bosses and someone would get back to me. Two days later a letter turns up from the DWP saying that i wouldn't need to attend an ATOS medical and that i had been placed in the support group and my entitlement to ESA would be paid and backdated. I guess they thought that they wouldn't be able to stop me from videoing the medical and thus proving that there would have been no reason to stop my ESA
  14. burlyb, just in case you haven't been able to obtain your medical records yet, please read the following links and you will see that NO non disclosure is needed to do so. http://www.nhs.uk/chq/pages/1309.aspx?categoryid=68&subcategoryid=160 http://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/thenhs/records/healthrecords/Pages/what_to_do.aspx you should be able to ask PALS in your local PCT to assist in doing this, assuming they haven't banned you from entering their building etc. You may find like me that you will come across information that is untrue or worse.
  15. Wow nolegion, i just love it, you are the man! That is a nice landmark article for sure. If its good enough for dentists then it should be good enough for doctors. before i forget anyone who is following this thread and is in any dobt why one would want to record their doctors, please check out Calacip and poor Burlyb's plight over on this thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?328361-take-action-against-GP
  16. As i said burlyb, you are on the exact same path i have been on for the past 3 years. RECORD all your phone calls and meetings with all those concerned!! You will need the evidence you acquire, sooner than you think in order to prevent the NHS from bringing criminal proceedings against you, which is what will happen if you persist with your complaint. what you have described so far is text book from the NHS. they never admit when they have done wrong. If it were that easy to get the NHS to say sorry we screwed up, it would open the floodgates for complaints which in some cases could lead to financial compensation etc. they will do whatever it takes to prevent that from happening. Be warned my friend.
  17. Good stuff, but it's still NOT a video recording!! The NHS say they have nothing to hide and so if that's the case, WILL they ever endorse video recording without the need to go covert on them?
  18. I feel for you burlyb, Trust me when I say you have no idea just what your getting yourself into here! I am looking at starting a big public awareness drive starting in Weston super mare later this summer about how the NHS covers up its wrong doing and how it's complaints system is designed to protect them from accountability every time. The whole system is a disgrace. I once worked for the NHS as a biomedical scientist and with what I have learned since; I now realise I was intellectually castrated by stupid policies that only benefit the NHS's finances and not the patients. I wish I had done a different degree as I feel I totally wasted 6 years at university. However, before you do any complaining to the NHS, please make sure you record all phone calls and log time/dates on your phone bill as proof of what and when it was said. I made the big mistake of not doing that when I called a PALS complaints manager in 2009 only to find later in the year that I would be prosecuted for threatening this person, when the truth is that I was being persistent in my complaint. I now have a criminal record because the NHS falsified witness statements even though no evidence of the alleged phone call ever existed. Remember, we the public have a right to have proper healthcare and sometimes this just in not happening. FYI, I can tell everyone on here that before you ever agree to have chemotherapy, study the evidence of alternative therapies such as sodium bicarbonate infusion first. The truth about what cancer actually is and how it's caused is being covered up by the big pharmaceuticals as they stand to loose billions if the truth gets out to the mainstream. Check this link out. http://www.curenaturalicancro.com/ FACT: Chemotherapy causes more damage to DNA then anything else. FACT: Chemotherapy causes cancer in the long run. FACT: Chemotherapy drugs cost vast amounts of money and make vast profits for the drug companies. Chemotherapy as a cancer cure is like what fossil fuels are to solving the energy crisis. Alternatives exist, but are not promoted because of the corporate control mechanisms. However, if I were to ever believe the standard model of brainwashing and undergo any sort of chemo, I would only as a last resort agree to chrono-chemotherapy, as this methodology would minimise the genetic damage. See this link http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/cncr.11040/abstract
  19. burlyb, Sounds like you are heading down the rabbit hole like i did 2 years ago. PLEASE, look at what i have said regarding complaining about doctors etc on the below link. It will give you a good grounding as to why you MUST record what is said and who said it, or you run the risk of being made a criminal by the NHS. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?256545-Audio-recording-your-consultations-with-NHS-doctors&p=3781031&posted=1#post3781031
  20. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!! If you want to keep your freedom and stay out of prison, my warning to you all is....RECORD EVERYTHING you say and do when dealing with the NHS, DWP, local councils, DVLA and any authority you need to correspond with. As i speak from experience on this serious matter, i fully recomend VIDEO recording when entering the complaints process, as you will most likely find they will use every dirty trick in the book to turn the tables on you. I rest my case.
  21. Thank you nolegion for sharing the quote about 'doctors worry etc', i did notice that and highlighted it when i read the report. All too true im afraid. It is the public's right, not to have to fear unfair removal from their doctors surgeries for daring to challenge or complain about what has been said by their doctor. It is the public's right not to have to fear prosecution from incompetent GP's and corrupt PCT's that would rather criminalise those who challenge them, than make themselves accountable for THEIR mistakes. They have caused this dilemma, not us the public. Just pick up any copy of any tabloid these days to read about people who have died as a result of misdiagnosis and then the doctor responsible has still been allowed to practice because no-one could prove otherwise. This need to video record is not based on making doctors look stupid, it's about protecting those who haven't yet suffered at the hands of incompetent doctors. I live just down the road from the Avonmouth bridge near Bristol where recently, a poor man jumped to his death because he couldn't take the pain and suffering he was in any longer. He claimed that his GP refused to treat him for his condition. here's the link, http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/AGONY-MAN-LEAP-M5-BRIDGE/story-11293773-detail/story.html This is the reason why we the public MUST change this attitude of non-video recording of healthcare professionals. They have been able to duck and dive the legalities of their responsibilities to their patients for a long time now, mainly because of a lack of evidence. As i stated before, if they act appropriately and don't tell lies as they have been proven to do on many occasions, then they would have nothing to fear from us the public.
  22. very interesting read those 2 documents. nice find nolegion. as for the quote "We do not accept the recommendation that patients should be provided with tape recording facilities if they wish to record a discussion with a health care professional. We believe that such a move might undermine the trust relationship between professional and patient." What gives the DoH the impression anyone actually is stupid enough to ever TRUST a healthcare professional anyway. I never have and never will. That is my god given right, until at least that trust has been earnt. I could easily fill the next ten pages on this thread with news articles i found from just looking on the net over the past few months, of serious negligence cases where patients have died as a direct result from "healthcare professionals", who fobbed them off with lame excuses and sent them home without correct diagnosis or treatment.
  23. It has come to my attention that the links on that site don't work, here are the Youtube versions part 1 & 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1z5wFkZuvY&list=UU1QXEiQLPWXUkn5C80DjDAg&index=4&feature=plcp
  24. So nolegion, What does the law say in respect of the patients RIGHTS to honest and accountable behavior by medical professionals? In keeping those who are following my case up to date, i haven't responded to Somerset PCT's last letter they sent me regarding my healthcare, as it requires further study. However, i am currently working with a solicitor who has had recent success in suing the NHS for liable, and i hope to be pushing forward with bringing my own case to court shortly. In the meantime i am still without medical support and my condition is still deteriorating. I will not permit any medical professional to assess me without video recording as i know from previous experience that they can not be trusted period. Every single time i have presented without video recording facilities the PCT have removed me from their registers and put me on the tackling violent patients register for threatening behavior. As i stated before, North Somerset PCT and North Somerset Council have had me in court 2 times now for this alleged offense of Section 5 public order, and both times i have been found NOT guilty. This summer i plan to mount a public awareness campaigning outside of the PCT's headquarters and other various tactical locations. I will put on public display key evidence of their wrong doings for all to see. My dignity will be lost, but it's a small price to pay for justice. I expect the local media will be involved too. Someone must make a stand against this kind of oppression and i am forced into to being that person it seems. I watched a film today about an public incident that happened last year, (what wasn't covered on the main news again) in where, 'we the public' rise up and demand justice. It sort of prevails. It convinced me that i should persist in doing what i am doing with regards to demanding honest and open healthcare. Here's the link for those of you who still feel standing up for your rights is futile. http://paradigmshift.tv/view/broadcast/971 Enjoy the wake up call.
  25. nolegion, i have come to realise that until we form some sort of petition requesting that video recording or otherwise be allowed to be used in doctor/patient consultations, and sent it to parliament, we will always have to suffer this injustice. How about it? I'm sure the politicians could soon realise that this would in the long run save the NHS money, by preventing the need for compensation claims.
