Surfer01 did you read my post? I found this site the night before I was due to pay for my sofa and very nearly backed out. I paid using my credit card which I believe is a no brainer when paying large amounts of money to any company. I had a good experience with them and felt it unfair that the top Google result for Yes Sofa Specialist Droitwich is this one. I didn't have to write my experience on here as your right, I am a happy customer. But I feel local business is important if this country's economy is to pick up. I'm sure you'd welcome every customer of theirs write a review on here giving a much broader picture of the company than just people who have had problems? As to who I am, who are you? As far as anyone on here is concerned you could be the Store manager for DFS Droitwich! My advice to anyone who, like me came onto this site through Google would be use your credit card wherever you buy from!

Hello all. I would just like to voice my experience with, Yes Sofa Specialists of Droitwich. After agreeing a price with them on a very comfy sofa, I to my horror found this website and it's warnings. I paid with my credit card and decided to take the "risk" and I am so pleased I did! They promised 7 days delivery as it was in stock. It was delivered as promised, 7 days later in immaculate condition. They were pleasant to deal with, they called me with updates and the quality of the sofa is outstanding. I personally think the bad rep they have is undeserved. No company in the country can claim to have 100% consumer satisfaction, things will go wrong. When it does go wrong we complain and when things go right we just carry on with life. With the good experience I've had with them I decided to break the norm and put a good review on here. If every customer gives their review of them rather than just the unfortunate ones surely we can build a better picture of these companies? I hope everyone on here gets their issues resolved.
