go careful of westcot as they are particularly nasty foden let them know in a letter what you are currently in the process of doing, and state that you are awaiting halifax's reply. avoid telephone conversations with them as they have a knack of getting people to agree to things that they wouldn't of normally and then as if by magic losing the recording of the call. so that you can't dispute anything that happened with the phone call. tread carefully as these guys dont pull the punches they land them in the gut.

hi i've been trying to find out my self I got this off the HMRC website hope it helps it just means that if ur due to be paid 25-27 dec you'll get paid on christmas eve. and if you are due to be paid on 1st or 2nd jan then you will be paid on new years eve instead

i have had a similar issue/problem with payday express and had the exact same card thro the post and rang them frantic as i had also been emailing them trying to set up a payment plan as i lost my bank card. i eventually mangead to set up a plan and missed one payment and they then took money from my b/a with out my knowledge and i ahd to ring again and ive now realised that they've "handed" my debt to castlebridge credit management which i didn't realise as the number i rang given on the card is the same on ccm's useless website, so i now have no idea wots happening only that i've paid nearly £300 on a £180 debt. will deffo do some digging and ring again to try and get some answers as accordding to my bank statements its still going to payday express and not to ccm. i reccomend you check ur bank statements.
