Meant to add. I have reported this to the office of fair trading as they are breaching their licence by taking payments. without advising me of the date and amount first. I have Spoken to the fos and they have said my bank isn't doing anythng wrong by authorsing the payments to the payday lender. As i have had a vaild relationship with them in the past and i signed an agreement. -

I haven't applied for another loan, The money they have been taken money from my old bank card. -
Becareful, I ignored the debt as i couldn't come to any arrangement with them over the phone. They are very rude and unhelpful. They took money from my account for late payment fees. This wasn't even took off the balance i owed. It has now been passed to Mt-collect. I've had more then ten calls a day. I have been threatened, swore at and called names.. I have reported them to financial ombustman Even if you have cancelled your bank card or even closed your account they can still take money from you..

They don't but they won't dispute a company that you have had legitimate dealings with (their words). They advise you to contact the company and sort it out with them. I spoke to the disputes team and basically, I told them I gave permission for this company to take money from my old card. So according to the bank, i gave them permission to use this card as there is a debt owed

I signed an online agreement with cfo, I have had this out with the bank and they said there is nothing they can do. I have told them i didn't give the company my new card detail and again they said there isn't anything they can do because i agreed for them to take money from my old card. I also said to the bank that cfo should not be allowed to take money from me while i am disputing the amount owed.

That's what i thought. I spoke to the fraud team at the bank, they advised me that if you make a payment arrangement with a company and agree for the payments to be taken from your card. If the card is cancelled, the debt is transferred to any new card you get. they don't seem to care how the company obtained your details, as they have the right to take the money. I have asked capital to send me proof of the new payday loan agreements that i have filled out with them and they wouldn't. nor would they send me a copy of my agreement

Just to add to my last message. Spoke to them on the phone today and the balance has changed again.. I now owe £550, They will not send you a copy of your agreement via post or supply you with a break down of your account in writing. They will give you it over the phone. Nor will they except a payment plan.. They will give you a lower balance but you will have to pay it in full or pay what is outstanding on your account.. If you want a payment plan you have to go through a dma and supply them with all your bank statments and payslips.. if they feel you can afford the loan they reject your offer.. Sorry if this info has already been posted...

Beware of this company. I borrowed £250 and now owe £600 or £900 had two letters with different amounts. I cancelled my card as this is not the amount i agreed to pay back. They managed to get my new card details. They claimed i had completed a new payday loan application with them on three different occasions. (I haven't) and because i had signed an agreement saying they could use any card details i hold, they were well within their rights to do this. They took a £100 administration fee from my bank, they said this was the charge for them having to seek new card details. I have spoke to the bank and because i have had dealing with the company they can't do anything about this. I have contacted the company requesting a break down as to what i owe and i am still waiting for this.
