This occured in Romford -western rd at 10 30 PM

hi recently enterned into awrong lane which had a sign of Buses and taxis, will i get points on my licence and will i get a criminal record for this. can any one please advise i am bit tensed as this might affect my job. Regards

oooh ... i have done only once and that too not deliberately it was my mistake. you mentioned for past 10 weeks i think thats a serious offence but there is no harm talking to them once you get the letter there is a contact details call them and explain why did u do it.

spoke to the prosecution manager and he was convinced -please do not tell him you got PR or extension in place and also i had 5 years of Zone 1-4 ticket receipts which was already on the oyster card history which helped my appeal. i had to pay a min fine of 20 pounds and thats it case close

Thanks for replying is there any way where i can avoid this prosecution, i am ready to pay any fines or cost occurred. i am very much in trouble as I will be eligible for a Permanent residency next month and this court summons will ruin my career and chances of settling in UK

I got a letter from Rail prosecution unit for not touching my oyster card at chadwell heath station and I have touched at Statford instead where i was caught by the Rail inspector. He took my details and said Rail company will send some letter and i had to respond. I did respond them explaining what happened and then apologized and requested them not to take me to court and also agreed to pay any fines. will i still get a Court summons, if i get this would ruin my life and i will be in a very bad situation. can anyone help me to get out of this situation.
