Hi, in 2007 i upgraded my sky to a sky+ box and took multi room using old digibox then in 2009 upgraded to sky+hd box and replaced multi room digibox with the sky+ box and digibox was never used again. I had to phone sky because i had problem with viewing card which got sorted but while on the phone they told me i was using all 3 boxes which was not the case, i was put through to another department and cancelled digibox multi and told i had been paying for 3 boxes since 2009 and was told when i last upgraded the sky engineer should have cancelled the digibox which he had not was then told to e mail sky which i did as i think i am entitled to my moneyback. Sky replied and said it was my own fault that i had not checked my account and will not refund any money, i replied back to this e mail saying i am dissappointed and being a loyal customer i think the blame lies with their employee for not cancelling. i received another email saying sorry your disappointed but still no refund. Please could someone tell me if i am entitled to this money back or who is in the wrong as im not sure and dont know how to persue this. thanks sheryl I hope i have explained everything and can understand my situation,i am new to this so please bare with me.
