Hi We bought a Iron which was marked up at £55.00, but was in a sale and was selling for £19.00 so we bought it. After 2 months the iron just stopped working so we returned it and got a replacement, exactly the same iron, no problem. I asked the assisstant if you did not have any of the same brand (Russel Hob) could I have a different brand ? to which he replied yes to the value of £19.00, But I said I bought the iron based on it's original value of £55.00 which in my opinion would be far better quality than a Iron priced at £19.00. Do I have the right to a iron valued at £55.00 or not ? Thank you Simon
