We pride ourselves on excellent client care service. In particular, we have a fraud vetting system in place to ensure we do not carry out fraudulent matters. We have a designated fraud team for more complex cases who thoroughly vet them through our various procedural steps. Carpenters is not in the business of bringing fraudulent claims as stated on this forum.
