Hi there, About a year ago, I applied for a Trust Deed but it failed due to two last minute objections by creditors. A circular was sent out to all my creditors by the Trust Deed company informing them that my application had failed and they were now entitled to pursue their outstanding debts. I have not heard from the two objectors since and they have not chased me for any payments. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Cheers
