  1. Hi Could someone please offer me some advice, I had my car taken by log book loans about a week ago and on my bill of sale (or at least that's what i think it is) has been signed by the person that issued the loan....so does this mean that the BOS is invalid and if so how do I go about contesting this with them?? Sorry I have posted this on another thread but didn't get a reply. Thank you
  2. Hi All, I'm hoping you may be able to offer me some advice. I have just had my car taken by Anglia for Log Book Loans. I feel into arrears and tried negotiating with them, but they weren't listening. I originally borrowed £850, paid for a few months and then lost my job so ran into arrears. I tried negotiating with them but they weren't interested. So they took the car without keys/documents etc. The guy who came from Anglia just had two bits of paper with him stating I had arrears with Log Book and their request to him to seize the vehicle or collect £2680, so he took the car. How do I find out if the BOS is valid and what can I do now to try and get the car back?? Please help!
  3. Hi All, I had my car taken by Anglia UK on thursday in respect of a loan I had with Log Book Loans. I had been in touch with them to try and negotiate a reduced weekly repayment, however they were refusing the figure. They said they will hold the car for 14 days and then sell it on. If they have had their license revoked where does that leave me? I don't know if the BOS was even valid. Please help!!
