  3. Confused1975, Thank you very much for your help. Would you please confirm if i will get my gold card back and any idea how long this will take?
  4. Hi totiesquoties, thanks for your prompt response. Would you guys be able to advise if I should contact someone in train company’s revenue and tell them it’s not lost as I have reported previously and was taken by my brother-in-law or just wait for train service’s revenue to contact me? I understand by reading other threads that revenue will be writing me. So shall I wait for the letter and explain in my response what had happened and mention my wife as witness?
  5. Hi All, I am new this forum and extremely stressed, please advise. Yesterday I was working from home; my brother-in-law who has just came in UK to study and living with us, he took my annual gold card without my knowledge and got caught by London underground revenue inspector and report was written. Even then he did not tell me about this incident, this morning when I could not find my travel card I reported it lost to the station where it was issued. They advised me to fill in a form and post it to request a duplicate annual pass and that all my travel expenses will be paid back once my application for duplicate pass is approved, which I have submitted. Later today my wife told me that my brother-in-law took my annual card as he was so scared to face me so he only had mentioned this incident to my wife when I left for work. According to him he has cooperated with the inspector and confessed immediately and inspector did mention on the report that card was used unauthorized. I am very stressed and confused, I don’t know what to do and what is my position. I am afraid that if they don’t believe that card has been used unauthorized. I am a law abiding citizen and have never been into this situation before. From what I've seen of this site there are some really nice, helpful people out there. I would be grateful for any assistance you can give me or anything you can say that will in some way ease the stress I am in at the moment. Much appreciate your help.
