Hi, Surprise Surprise. I have just received a text from EpmPower Funding telling me that they are refunding my £69.75. I'm not celebratig yet until I see the money in my account. i spoke to them this week and got no joy at the time. i asked when I am supposed to have completed a form with all my details. They said 18th August. They even said that I did this whilst on holiday. I was on holiday in France then. I made threats of reoorting them to the police, OFT ect. I also wrote a very detailed letter to them It's just as well that they say that they will refund my money as Barclays said that they wouldn't. I think I will transfer my overdraft to another bank!!!!!. Kepp going at Epm as they will give in if pushed. Good luck

Hi all, Same thing happened to this week. Money taken going to a bank in Mauritious I had 2 text messages saying that my mebership had been agreed on 18th August ( I was on hiliday in Spain then) Anyway what memebership. They vene sent me an invoice on 31Aug. There is a web site Power Funding.biz. They have an adress in London. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD. Tel:08447049707. I have never heard of them, nor did I sing up for anything. Like some others I made enquiries about a loan some months ago. Someone passes this information ariound as i get e-mails and texts form all sort os loan companies. I am going to contact my bank, Trading Standards, Office of Fair trading and FSA. these crooks need stopping.
