Hi great site. Although it's my first post this site had helped me alot in the past with the bank charges so respect for that one! Today I got a PCN for contravention 622 "Parked with one or more wheels on or overa foothpath or any part of the road other than a carriageway." I parked on a single yellow line with 2 wheels on the path as parking fully on the road here causes congestion and can be a pain. Don't get me wrong I'm no mother theresa it just simply makes sense on this particular location and without sounding to naive its what everyone does here! *Please don't quote that sentence and give it to me! To be honest I didn't even know that what I done was wrong.
