Hi Folks,
Can someone tell me if this model is actually being recalled by COMET??
I mean i seriously cant believe the hundreds of EXACT SAME FAULT complaints i have seen & printed off and still COMET expect me to pay for an engineer to come and tell me something that both me and COMET already know.... that this is a reoccuring manufacturing FAULT, i refuse to pay for this when it has been documented hundreds of times over.
MY FRIDGE IS NOW A FREEZER AND THE FREEZER HAS FAILED.
Same as every other complaint i have seen, and Comet customer services are just no use at all, i dont think they realise how much of an inconvience having no fridge freezer is plus having £80 worth of frozen goods chucked in the bin is!! And then asking me to pay £125 for an engineer to come out and tell me what i already know!
Seriously peed off just begins to cover it!!
Why is this model not being recalled??? Come on Comet, i spent over £1000 in store that day and this is what i am left with!!!
