im going through almost the same issues where ive had my sons gp practise send slanderous allergations about me to another medical body where my son goes it was just supose to be a referal and the practice contacted the social services also and we contacted them and they didnt know why they was rung and tried to contact the person for 2 weeks to find out why but got no reply and had to drop the case all this was a attack on me to stop me finding out what the childrens and last gp had done to my son has he has health issues which he got no help then the last straw is when my gp called me in after i had blood test for cancer i was sent a letter to see him when i got there with worry he said a woman was asking for my childrens names i get on with my gp so started to tell him then relise who was this woman who wanted these details has my gp isnt any of my kids gp so i asked who is this woman i said from pct he said yes i was disgusted by this extreme tactic they went through once again so i said to my gp its an insult to me and my kids and im sure its agaisnt the data protection act he knew then has i told him once before of what was going on and how we was getting treated i said he shouldnt get involved has crimes have been commited by various health bodies and he said he wont but when i seen him again a week later he said he told this woman from the pct i wasnt happy has they was looking for someone and was i that person what can i do to actually sue someone so the rest shall stop attacking me and my kids has someone said the solicitors seem not want to take these abuser on thank you

oh sorry yes i have they got me a solicitor has the childrens and gps have been attacking my character they got me a solicitor but he only spent 5 mins with me its complicated has i want all the slanderous comments removed so i can carry on with my sons investigation i find solicitors dont want to deal with issues maybe its to complicated its just been going on for nearly 3 years and it needs to stop

oh sorry i tried to make it quick i want my sons medical records because my sons has health and brain problems and the childrens hospital have been trying tactics to darken my character because ive been investiagting my sons treatment and medications has its been changed in letters some hidden and different doses so i want full disclosure of his records has we have recieved some with records missing but read from the form they dont have to disclose full records to a patient thank you

oh can someone help me i want to see my sons full disclosure medical records from childrens hospital it might cost me upto £50 which could be spent on him and ive read that they dont have to disclouse all of his records is this true has i have recieved some records already without paying but found lot of details and information missing thank you

yes im going through some issues with my son he was 3 weeks old when the childrens hospital diagnose him with a uti in 2008 although when he was born his mom was not showed how to wind him so he was suffering with gastro problems and has i was in bed for that week for doing my back in helping the nurses move his mother i couldnt help. i have been trying for over 2and half years trying to find out what has happenend to my son writing letters back and forth but found the childrens hospital, gps attacking my character just to try and stop me from investigating, my son suffers with a squint to his left eye and problems with his right he toe walks and got delay speach ive had various letters from the childrens with contriditions in the medications my son has recieved. we have tried 3 solicitors one was not even attempting to help he didnt contact my sons mom it went on for month and a half she had to complain i met one through advice from cab he spent no more than 5 mins. the latest supose to send out evenlopes for me to send info nothing has arrived. i wanted something done about all the slander and threats towards me and my son taken up we have been let down so bad i even found out in july 2011 when i got some more medical notes about my son that he was given medication for a longer periods has he was supose to have cefuroxime for 2 days then swopped to cefotaxime for 7 days we found out that he was still been given cefuroxime at the same time he also recieved amoxycillin intraverously and orally, trimethaprium orally all these where oct 2008,and gaviscon which has i said to the drs he was suffering with a gastro problem and found out this year they confirmed it was for a gastro reflux problem.he had a dmsa to see if his kidneys where scarred has they claimed he had vertisco reflux i recieved letters at differnt times from the childrens and on 4 occasions medications was changed not disclosed then swopped and by them attacking me with help from the gps i knew they are hiding the truth, i have wrote to them in the early days 2009 that my son has a brain defect i belived he has been damaged by mistakes made he goes to a disciplinary team which looks to see if he is autisic he only got that in ending 2010 he didnt get no help for years even his first gp refused for him to see any specialist i had to go a long route to get him seen about his squint which was just to long has i have read a squint needed to be treated early he has tighten muscles in his legs through toe walking once again only just getting looked at in the ending of 2010 ive filmed him screaming because his legs have cramped up he has suffered so much and the constant attack on him and me has not helped. even a dr called social services on false pretence but me and his mother contacted them i explained al what was being done to attack me to stop me finding out about what happened to my son, she said she dont know why the case was brought to them and has police ever been called out which i said no, she said the person wanted not to be identified and she would ring them and find out she said she tried for 2 weeks and they didnt answer or reply and she will drop the case, i found out from the health visitor that it was the dr then because more than 1 was involved the blame was passed around. then found out again that in my sons referals the dr surgery was was writing slanderous claims about myself to the disiplinary team trying to once again damge my character, then went for blood test got letter off my gp to come in saying blood test fine but can i come into the surgery to discuss them so im worried has the test was for cancer so got in only for him to say a woman was inquiring about me from the pct and can she have all my kids names i get on with my gp so i started to give him thier names but relised who is this woman i dont know her this cant be legal has my gp is none of my kids gp so i said this is a violation to my family rights surely this cant be right he relised that i was dissapointed about this approach and the way it was brought forth so can somone who knows a good solicitors with a open mind and look pass the slander has im a black male i was told i was a easy target and they believe it also but didnt relise i was prepared not to be rolled over and lied about without replying back ive got things documented so papers files all there thank you for taking the time to read this.
