Wondered if it was general or just a one off for me. I did write fredrickson a three page letter detailing all the dreadful actions and dealings of this abominal company and it looks like Fredricksons have had a pang of guilt over acting for them. Have already registered my complaint with FOS as well as consumer direct and their local trading standards office who are also investigating. I would love to see these people behind bars! -
I have just had a letter today from Fredricksons saying they are no longer acting for Minicredit!

The OFT , local trading standards and FSA are currently investigating them They can expect a knock on their door anyday. Ignore them don't worry.

Yesterday i lodged an official complaint with the OFT regarding these scheisters and they have passed the details on to the local trading standards who are investigating as well. The FSA are also investigating this company aso give them a ring on 08454040506. The OFT number is 02070661005 i spoke to a lady called Angela yesterday who was extremely sympathetic. Give them a ring as well. These people are going down!
