sorry im just thinking ahead what if i gbet another letter before they get this one?

thank you very much its made me feel a little better thanks again ive just copied those 2 letters cca and doorstep one so i guess i wait what happens if they dont find my original credit agreement? am i in the clear? and what if they do find it? do i still owe them til my dying day? i cant see me ever been able to pay it off

you mean they wont just turn up on my door uninvited? are they saying that to scare me? i read your links re the cca nad doorstep visit can i really just copy all that down and send it to blair oliver? i cannot afford to pay it and if they work for the halifax, then they know i have been paying £1 a month, so why send threatening letters? i dont have the money i have to eat and pay my utility bill dont they care?

can i really request a copy of my agrrement? so if they cannot find it, does that mean i dont have to pay them ever? do i request copy from haifax or blair oliver scott? im not speaking to them on the phone i dont have one can i really stop there proposes doorstep visit? i dont want to scare my kids what sort of lowlif are these people? whats a SAR?

is that payment protection? i think so yes its just i have had the card 20 years always paid my way and now i cant im been threatened i dont want a doorsetep visit or court i honestly cannot pay im living on the breadline with 3 little kids in a council house i cant sleep at night

please help ive just find your forum online and i hope you can advise me i lost my job 6 months ago i owe the halifax 10,000 ive been struggling to meet the £300 a month min payments then i lost my job i wrote to them explaining and they agreed a repayment method i contacted c a b and payplan and advised me to pay £1 and halifax agreed but i keep getting very thretening scary letters from the above company i had another letter today dear madam we have been trying to contact you re your xxxx you owe us please sent us a cheque for full amount now ring our helpline to discuss repayment methods now or you will get a doorstep visit and court action etc etc i cannot phone them i i gave up my house phone and mobile i have 3 small children ij a single mum i cannot afford to pay there were very threatening halifax agreed to £1 a month until i get another job so why am i been persued by there dedt collection team? what can i do? i am very very frightened please help sue
