Mortgage Express didn't provide me with a Notice of Assignment of my portfolio mortgage to Jasper Mortgages pursuant to s136 (1) of the Law of Property Act 1925 in February 2018. When I asked them for a copy of the Goodbye letter, they have stated that they do not have one on file and have only provided me with an undated generic letter which do not have any of my details on it. Has any other Jasper Mortgages borrowers not received a Goodbye letter/Notice of Assignment from Mortgage Express?

Hi, I understand it is hard to use this case as a precedent, but a friend of mine has managed to influence judges decision. He has had a similar experience with Arrow Global (AG) regarding the lack of assignment and they vacated proceedings.
