Hi, I had the same company take this amount from bank on Saturday!!! I phoned the fraud team at my bank and they are refunding my account tomorrow. Your bank have to refund this as it's Internet fraud. I would phone them again and demand a refund. The bank are updating me when they get to the bottom of it. I'll let u know when I hear anything. You should also get ur debit card cancelled. Hope u get ur money back soon. Vicky.
