hey there, i was wondering if anybody here could help me out or give me a bit of an advice on a following matter. me and my partner have recently moved into waltham cross in north london. couple of wks back she wasnt well so i needed to rush to pharmacy to get some pils and i parked my car in KFC carpark (it was just before 8am). i was in a rush so didnt pay any notice to the parking restriction which says: parking only for KFC customers and only from 10am till 11pm i think otherwise no parking at all. i only stayed there for less then 15 minutes. but now i have received this parking contravention enforcement notice to pay 150 or 75 if i pay withing 14days. after i have read all ur comments i have to agree, there is no contact information on that notice except of the address where they want me to send the check or phone number which im supposed to call if i wish to pay via phone... there is not even a proper header on the paper, just so many different font, writing in red a bold etc. doesnt look like a formal document at all... do i have to pay it? any help much appreciated in advance. stef
