can they still add interest

so what happens now how to i pay the outstanding balance if the account is closed , will they still add interest

i have just recieved a letter from hsbc gold card to say they have closed my account ....i pay my monthly payments and and within 3 thousand of my limit , i tried to speak to someone but keep being put through to the phillapines (minilla) and basically they cant understand me dont know what a cca is and basically have no idea why ??????? aghhhhh how am i supost to get answers , when i finally got a uk number and spoke to someone who understood me they put me on hold and yes i ended up speaking to someone in the phillapines............. now what any advice welcome

i have a ccj but the 6 years are up and it has been removed from my credit file , what i was wondering was i still owe money for it if i stopped paying can they re issue a court order and the same goes for defaults if they have been removed but still owe money ....... any advice welcome

i decided not to give my telephone number out many years ago i have learnt from that mistake before so if they want me they can write to me thanks for the advice

i pay a small amount to cabot for an oustanding debt with capital one i wrote to cabot in july last year for the cca they sent a letter back saying it could take up to 8 weeks to get that info of capital one....im still waiting , do i write to capital one for all my statements or do i have to go through cabot any advice welcome:cool:

what forum should i go about once a court order or drfault has ran it 6 years and you havent finished paying them , if you stopped paying can they get the ccj or default re issued ?

i have been paying five pounds a month to a company called ft and c keppe partners but i have lost all my paperwork and cant remember who i originally owe money to i still have the standing order set up , i have moved since i set this up and if i write to them i really dont want to be giving out my new address but i would like to know why i am paying this money and how much left to pay any advice

i have been paying csl five pound a month for a few years but since i moved i have lost all correspondance and now i cant remember what the debt was for but still have the standing order.... if i cancel the standing order they will write to my old address ( which is fine ) but dont wont it going on my credit file ( which it hasnt of yet) any advice
