dear all, i was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. basically i took out a quick quid loan a few months back to pay off council tax arrears which were on my back (silly i know) and i have now run into major financial issues causing me to not be able to pay it all back straight away. i made them an offer of £40 at the end of this month and then payment in installment which they said isnt acceptable and that they will continue collections which means phoning me all hours of the day and night on my mobile, home and at work. it has now come to the point where i am getting into trouble at work because of this. i sent this letter which i got from another support forum to them via email and live chat only to be told "you gave us your telephone numbers collections will continue" here is the letter: can someone advise me what to do to get them to stop calling me? helpppppppppppp thanking you much
