  1. Well I haven't actually payed them yet but they're threatening to pass it on to debt collectors. Think I'll send them an email, thanks for the help
  2. Naughty, but they said they weren't going to take any action and the fee is just for connecting me again. Is this like the bank charges where the cost is no where near what they're actually charging?
  3. Hi all, first post here so hoping someone can help me. About a month a go I had my university internet connection cut for misuse, I rang them up and they reconnected my account but placed a £100 charge on my account, now this charge is for connecting my account again, but I don't see how it cost them £100 to do a very simple task. It's even called a connection charge, so really I just want to know how to go about this, how would I find out what it really cost them, and how would I go about contesting the charge.
